Homicide detective Meyer Landsman has enough problems without worrying about the upcoming Reversion. His life is in shambles and at the cheap motel where he lives, someone has just committed murder. The victim is a chess-playing drug addict and son of the districts most powerful rabbi. But he is also something else…
